CAYTLYN
TRICKEY
Hey there! I do product and UX work centered around research, exceptional user centered design, and strategic thinking.
MANAGING PEOPLE AND PERMISSIONS
Reach Engine supports enterprise media clients that orchestrate hundreds of thousands of pieces of content with varying degree of sensitivity. Our admins need absolute control and insights over their users and their access to content, and particularly need their permissions model to scale to their growing business needs. We undertook an effort to rehaul Reach Engine's permissions model to make it seamless for enterprise businesses to manage people and access to content.
SPARTAN
Spartan is the endearing code-name given to the redesign of Reach Engine Access
— an enterprise media orchestration platform that powers some of the world’s largest media companies and workflows.
I extensively researched the current application and pain-points, identified opportunities in the market,
and helped prioritize the product roadmap for a successful full-scale overhaul of the programming framework
and user experience.
Our effort is resulting in an 80% client-base conversion to the latest release and standardized
experiences through my recommendation to develop our company's first design system.
BLUEPRINT
A common problem enterprise production companies face is wrangling their content into a single place
that provides executives the 10,000 ft view they need, while empowering creatives to work uninhibited. Blueprint
is a planning and delivery tool that mitigates the conflicting processes between these disparate groups and tracks
the content lifecycle from inception to archival.
I led the charge on this innovative product from the UX front by arranging interviews and feedback sessions
with Fortune 100 production companies; sketching, wire-framing and prototyping initial concepts; and working closely
with product and engineering to bring Blueprint to life.
WORKFLOW ENGINE
One of the most powerful features of Reach Engine is its workflow engine which enables scalability and customization for businesses. I was on a team dedicated to empowering workflow creators by developing solutions to increase authoring speed by 90%, improve seamless adoption, and decrease the amount of duct-taped technical code used in production.
CBS Sports Fantasy Golf
Pick 4 Fantasy Golf is CBS Sports golf centric answer to "pick games" that have flooded the sports gaming market. Users follow the real life golf tournaments throughout the year and pick four players for the week that they think will perform the best. I brought this app to life via research, interaction design, and gamification.
